President and CEO of Gibson International Enhances his Real Estate Website with Custom IDX Broker Software

Press Release Body: EUGENE, ORE. - IDX, Inc. is happy to announce the addition of
the Gibson International realty team to the growing database of real estate
professionals electing custom IDX Broker software to make the MLS search on their
website easier to use for their clients. Lead by President and CEO Scott Gibson
clients visiting the Gibson site can now search hundreds of listings and details
from the Combined L.A./Westside MLS (CLAW). The custom IDX solution that Gibson
selected is able to extract the raw data from CLAW and format it to be displayed as
an integrated part of Gibson's site.

Gibson's clients can now browse CLAW properties using five different search methods,
each with their own unique benefits: basic, advanced, map, address, and listing ID.
The interactive map search allows users to view the property pinpointed on a street,
satellite, or terrain map powered by Google maps and allows the user to view
surround properties for sale as well as nearby major roads, landmarks, and other
cities to help the client to really visualize what it would be like to live in the
area. Gibson's site also features IDX search tools, giving clients a wealth of
resources including prominently displayed pictures of the property and an expansive
and easy to access photo gallery.

IDX Broker provides tools to Gibson that help him manage his site more efficiently
and increase the visibility of his listings in the online community through the use
of an administrative log-in. Here, Gibson can control every aspect of his website
including the look and integration of the IDX software with the use of custom CSS
and wrappers. He can also create dynamic title tags for each of his listings that
increase the likelihood of his listings being picked up by a major search engine and
generate custom XML codes in order to syndicate his listings to popular real estate
website such as Google Base and Zillow.


About Scott Gibson
"Scott Gibson was born and raised in Southern California. Upon graduating from UCLA
with a BS in Political Science in 1978, Scott entered real estate sales on the
Westside of Los Angeles. In 1983, Scott entered the management ranks and eventually
bought his own real estate business in 1988, which included escrow and mortgage.
After weathering the early 90's, Scott sold his business to Prudential California
Realty and went back to managing branch offices, eventually rising within the ranks
of that company to an executive vice president position upon the merger of the two
largest companies in the nation, the Jon Douglas Company and Prudential California
Realty. In 1997, the Jon Douglas Company was acquired by then HFS (to become Cendant
then Realogy), with Scott assuming Regional Vice President duties of the Westside of
Los Angeles 22 offices including Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Montecito/ Santa Barbara
under the Coldwell Banker name. Scott quickly rose through the ranks in the new
company assuming the general managership of all of Southern California's 120
offices, then becoming President of Los Angeles and its 23 billion in sales,
eventually moving east to work for the parent company, NRT/Cendant on a national
basis, running the Northeast region and five operating companies from Boston to Palm
Beach. Scott's many achievements include developing the award winning Concierge
service, developing strategies for the real estate offices of the future, initiating
management development programs, and developing innovative technologies designed to
create a better and more efficient way for real estate to be bought and sold. Scott
has been married 26 years, has three girls, and a grandson with another on the way.
As an active outdoorsman, Scott has successfully participated and coached both in
baseball and basketball. Scott currently resides on the Westside of Los Angeles."
